Cash-based practice. Blue Brain Bar is cash-based for private and commercial insurance. We do not bill private insurance directly. We bill OHP CareOregon directly for LENS neurofeedback. Patients must have an established primary care provider, but a referral or order is not required. Superbills may be available upon request to support out-of-network reimbursement or FSA/HSA claims.
